Development of analytical methods for the measurement of medications used in the treatment of allergic disorders (HPLC-UV Detector, HPLC-Fluorescence Detector, HPLC-Electrochemical Detector, HPLC-MS/MS

Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics and Receptor Occupancy Studies of Anti-allergic Medications in animal models, and in patients ranging in age from young children to the elderly

Medications include: xanthenes, 1st and 2nd generation H1-antihistamines, H2-antihistamines, α-adrenergic agents (epinephrine), leukotriene modifiers
