History

I was interested in doing collaborative Pediatrics research. I have a broad scope of knowledge pertaining to clinical diagnostics and biomarker analysis, and was looking for the opportunity to make a contribution in this way to research. At the time, there were groups looking at childhood obesity and diabetes and I sought to collaborate with these groups.
